Ordering

  • If an item is sold out, can I still order it?

    You may do so only if the item is available for back orders. This will be indicated below the item image. If you are not sure, feel free to drop us an email. 

  • Can I save my cart items and check out later?

    Yes, of course. However, items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis, so it is possible that an item in your cart might not be available when you check out at a later time.  

Checkout

  • I've entered my card details but it's not allowing me to check out. Why?

    Have you keyed in your full name, as registered with the bank that issued your card? This is required for security purposes. If you have a middle name(s), you should include them in the "Last Name" field accordingly. 

  • Can I pay via bank-transfer instead?

    No. Ordering through the website will ensure that your purchase is accepted immediately. Payment at the checkout page is seamless as long as you enter your full credit card details correctly. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Does my item get shipped out immediately?

    We wish this were the case, but since we have to ensure that your items are in good condition before we send them out, we will ship them out within 3 - 5 business days. Thereafter you will receive your order according to local shipping times.
